Rae

Flex is MORE than capable of handling this. If you would like me to give you a quote, let's take the conversation out of the blog. Go to www.datanotion.com and email me. Thanks!

I'm a totally clueless arts admin who happened to find your website while researching photo viewers. My questions is - can public art agencies who review hundreds, sometimes thousands of images for artist selections, use Flex as a way to review artwork in a slide show, but then also be able drag/move images out of the slide show feature when the work has not been considered for further review? The method right now (and for the past 50 or so years) is to place 35mm slides in multiple slide carousels, review each work, then remove each slide as the artist's work gets cut. A carousel and projector set-up consists of 2 - 6 carousels and projectors all going at once, 2 - 6 images on a screen and advanced at the same time. I know it's a nightmare! Can Flex pull images from an existing database or could they be loaded seperately, like from a disc or compact flash card? or both ways?

Flex sounds like it may have capability to move this process into the 21st Century. Your expertise and feedback would be greatly appreciated.
